I work in an interdisciplinary group in which everyone’s skills complement each other, and this has really contributed to my development. We bring new ideas to the table and discuss them; we exchange academic papers, debate topics, and attend talks and events that interest us. Even if we’re not working on the same project, we get together to talk about our ideas or to help each other solve the problems we have. We help each other advance and continue learning.
